Built so you can sleep well

A company dashboard sees a lot. That's why a few rules apply across every agent.

Login details encrypted

Mailbox passwords are never stored in plain text. They are encrypted with a separate key per company, and the master key is kept apart from the database and the web server.

Approval through your mailbox

Before an agent reads an email address, that address gets an approval email. Only the click inside it switches the agent on.

Two-factor sign-in

Optional, with an authenticator app and backup codes. After several failed attempts, sign-in is locked for a while.

Everyone sees only what they should

Companies are strictly separated. Team members only see the agents you share with them.

Nothing without your click

No automatic sending, no silent deleting. Automation only runs where you switch it on yourself.

Outside emails shown safely

Scripts are stripped, tracking pixels blocked and attachments never run in the browser.

What is Automagio?

A dashboard for your business where ready-made agents take over recurring office work: inbox, replies, events, tasks, vendor bills and notes. You switch on only what you need and start every morning with the briefing.

Do I need technical skills?

No. Agents are switched on with a click, and you connect a mailbox with server, address and password. The first time you open an agent, Alex explains what it does for you.

Do I pay for every user?

No. The base dashboard is priced per company, not per user. You add agents one by one and switch them off whenever you like.

Who is Alex?

Alex is your personal assistant in Automagio. He works inside every agent, sums things up, makes suggestions and asks when something is unclear. You always make the call.

Can I switch agents off again?

Yes, at any time with one click in the catalog. If one agent builds on another, like the Email Agent on the Inbox Agent, the catalog tells you.

Which languages does Automagio support?

English and German, switchable with one click. Alex can also write drafts in another language if you ask him to.

What if an agent I need is missing?

Describe it in your dashboard under “Request an agent”. We get back to you with an assessment and build it as an agent just for your company.
