Just write down what needs doing. The Task Agent picks the date, time, priority and duration right out of the sentence. Each morning, Alex walks you through what was left over and suggests a day plan that fits into the gaps between your meetings. You decide with a click.

How it works
From a stray thought to a planned day
Capture, free time, the day plan and closing the day all follow clear, fixed rules. You can always see why Alex suggests something.
1
Write it down the way you think
One sentence is enough: "Friday call accountant !high". The agent picks out the date, time, priority, duration, repeat and list. Anything longer, Alex splits into separate tasks with a brain dump.
2
Alex knows your day
From your working hours, your break and the meetings in your calendar, the agent works out how much time is really free today. All-day events don't block anything, and gaps under ten minutes don't count.
3
A plan that fits the gaps
The most urgent tasks go into your free gaps, but never more than 80% of the free time. Whatever doesn't fit, Alex tells you about instead of quietly dropping it.
4
Close the day
An hour before you wrap up, Alex offers to close the day with you. For everything still open, you decide: next workday, next week, someday or done. At the end of the week you also get a weekly review.

Keep less in your head, get more done
Each feature takes a decision off your plate that you'd otherwise make every day, or at least turns it into a single click.

Everything out of your head, in one go
Sometimes it's not one sentence but a whole paragraph. Type or dictate whatever is on your mind. Alex turns it into separate tasks with dates. Nothing is created until you say yes.

Leftovers, one card at a time
The first time you open the agent on a workday, morning planning starts in full screen. Alex shows you each overdue or left-over task on its own, with a suggestion. Then comes the plan for the day. Prefer to start on your own? Turn it off.

Honest with yourself
Nothing quietly slides to tomorrow
Whatever you don't get to today stays put as left over until you decide. And if you keep pushing the same task, Alex brings it up: from the third time on, he asks whether to lock it in for today, make it smaller or drop it.
It only counts when a task that was due moves to later

One box for everything
Just tell Alex what should happen
The same box you add tasks in also takes instructions: "move everything from today to tomorrow", "done: call Lisa" or "I have 20 minutes". Alex never runs bulk changes on his own. You see what's affected first and confirm.
"Plan the open house" still becomes a task
"done: …" checks off the matching task, and if several match, Alex asks

Prep before important meetings
When your calendar shows a meeting with other people coming up by tomorrow, Alex offers a prep task: 30 minutes, due in good time before the meeting. Say "Not needed" and he won't ask about that meeting again.
"Client meeting Parker" is coming up today at 2:00 pm. Shall I add a task to prepare for it?

Block time in your calendar
With the calendar, one click turns a task into a time block. Move it or finish it, and the agent clears the block again, as long as it hasn't started yet.

The difference
A workday without and with the Task Agent
Same tasks, same meetings. Just a different way of handling them.
Without Task Agent
You fill in forms or scribble notes you have to hunt for later
The list is longer than the day, and you only notice in the evening
Whatever is left quietly slides along until it falls through the cracks
Promises you make in emails never make it onto the list
You push the same task ahead of you for weeks
With Task Agent
One sentence is enough, the agent picks out date, priority and duration
The plan fits the gaps between your meetings and leaves some slack
Leftovers stay visible until you decide
Promises and deadlines in your inbox become tasks with a click
From the third postponement on, Alex asks what to do with it
Working together
Tasks show up on their own, and done means done everywhere
The Task Agent collects what other agents spot and reports back when you check something off.
The calendar supplies your meetings: the day plan keeps a buffer before each one, all-day events don't block anything, and one click puts a task into the calendar as a time block. Before meetings with other people, Alex suggests some prep.
You still have 6 hours free between your meetings today. I'll plan at most 80% of that, so your day doesn't burst at the seams.
Questions
What you want to know first
Short, straight answers. If yours is missing, just ask us.
Do I have to fill in fields for date and priority?
No. You type a sentence like "Quote for Parker tomorrow 2pm !high 30min #Clients" and the agent recognizes the date, time, priority, duration and list. It also understands "every Monday", "monthly" or dates like 9/25, in English and German. If you want more detail, open the task and add a note, subtasks or a repeat.
Does Alex plan my day without me?
No, he makes a suggestion. You apply the plan with a click, change it or start without one. Alex plans at most 80% of your free time, and only tasks that are due may fill the rest. Whatever doesn't fit, he shows you.
What happens to tasks I don't finish today?
They stay put as "left over". Nothing is quietly moved to tomorrow. When you close the day or plan the next morning, you decide on each one: next workday, next week, someday, done or drop it.
Do I need the calendar for this?
No. Without the calendar, Alex plans within your working hours around your break. With the calendar, your meetings and the buffer before them are included, tasks can be blocked as time in the calendar, and Alex offers prep before meetings.
Can I really undo everything?
After every change you get "Undo": when you check off, move or delete a task, apply a plan or close the day. Bulk changes are undone in one step. The one exception: a time block that was already removed from the calendar doesn't come back by itself, but one click sets it again.
How do tasks from my emails get onto the list?
With the Inbox Agent, conversations with a promise or deadline of yours get a "Task" tag, and every conversation has an "Add task" button. With the Email Agent, Alex asks after you send whether to turn your promise into a task. Check it off, and it's done there too.
When does a language model read my text?
Only for "Brain dump" and "Break down". Quick capture, the day plan, morning planning, closing the day and the procrastination watch all run on fixed rules. Commands are recognized by fixed patterns too. Only when none matches and you address Alex or ask a question does the model read that one sentence, never your tasks.
Can my team see my tasks?
No. Every task belongs to exactly one person. If you enable the Task Agent for team members, each of them keeps their own list with their own working hours and day plan.
