Know every morning where to start.

The Morning briefing sits at the very top of your dashboard and pulls the key numbers from every active agent: open emails, events, tasks, bills coming due. Colors show what is urgent, and one click takes you straight there.

  • Nothing to set up
  • Works for your team too
  • 5agents feed their numbers into the briefing

How it works

One morning in four steps

Coffee in one hand, dashboard open. A minute later you know how your day begins.

  1. 1

    Open your dashboard

You sign in, the dashboard greets you by name with today's date, and Alex checks in with a short message. Right at the top, full width, your briefing is waiting.

  2. 2

    Read your briefing

Every active agent adds its key numbers as a tile. Red means overdue or sitting too long, yellow means due today. One look tells you where the fires are.

  3. 3

    Click a tile

Every tile is a link. Click "Overdue tasks" and the Task Agent opens right on the filtered list. No searching, no clicking around.

  4. 4

    Keep working in the agent

You take care of it where it belongs. The next time you look at your dashboard, the number is up to date and the red tile is gone.

What the briefing does for you

One place for everything that matters today

Instead of opening every agent one by one, you see at a glance each morning where something is waiting for you.

Color-coded

See at once what is urgent

Every tile shows a number, and its color tells you how urgent it is. Tiles like "Sitting too long" or "Overdue tasks" only show up when there actually is something. Once it is all handled, the briefing stays calm.

  • Red for anything overdue or sitting too long
  • Yellow for anything due today or coming up
  • One click opens the right view, already filtered

Grows with you

Every new agent brings its numbers along

Switch on an agent, and the next time you open your dashboard its tiles are in the briefing. Nothing to connect, nothing to configure. Until your first agent is active, the briefing invites you to pick one.

  • Inbox Agent, Calendar, Task Agent, Bills Agent and Notes Helper all feed in
  • Switch an agent off and its tiles disappear again
  • No agents yet: a friendly nudge instead of empty tiles

For the whole team

Everyone starts with their own briefing

Your team members see the briefing at the top of their dashboard too, with the agents you have shared with them. Tasks and pinned notes are counted for each person individually.

  • Team members only see agents shared with them
  • Their own tasks and notes for each person
  • No extra charge for your team

And also

Small touches that make mornings easier

Always on top, full width

The briefing is the anchor widget of your dashboard. Your other widgets can be rearranged below it, while your starting point always stays the same.

A greeting for the time of day

Morning, afternoon or evening: the dashboard greets you by name, along with today's date.

Alex checks in

Above the briefing, Alex, your personal assistant, lets you know in a short message that everything is ready.

A friendly start

No agent active yet? Instead of a row of zeros, the briefing takes you to the catalog in one click so you can pick your first one.

Fresh every time you open it

The numbers come straight from your agents every time you open the dashboard. Handle something, and the briefing shows it the next time you look.

One agent acting up? The rest still shows.

If an agent cannot deliver its numbers right now, the briefing still shows all the others.

The difference

A morning without and with the briefing

Same agents, same open items. Just a different start to your day.

Without the briefing

  • You open every agent one by one each morning to see what is going on
  • You only notice overdue items when you go looking for them
  • Emails, events, tasks and bills live in four different places
  • Every new agent is one more place to check
  • Everyone on the team checks somewhere else

With the briefing

  • One look at the top of your dashboard shows every key number
  • Red and yellow show you what is urgent
  • One click takes you straight to the right view
  • New agents bring their numbers along on their own
  • Every team member starts with their own briefing

Working together

Every agent feeds in, the briefing brings it together

The briefing has nothing of its own to set up. Its strength comes from your other agents: each one brings its key numbers along as soon as you switch it on.

A good next step

From overview to a plan for the day

The briefing shows you how much is on your plate today. The Task Agent helps you sort it: with morning planning switched on, Alex walks you through anything left over the first time you open it on a workday, then suggests a plan for the free hours in your day.

Questions

What you want to know first

Short, straight answers. If yours is missing, just ask us.

What does the Morning briefing cost?

Nothing. The briefing is part of the base dashboard, for you and your team. It shows the numbers from the agents you have switched on.

Do I need to set anything up?

No. Every agent you switch on brings its key numbers into the briefing by itself. Switch an agent off and its tiles disappear again.

Which numbers does the briefing show?

From the Inbox Agent: Waiting for you, Sitting too long and Important senders open. From Calendar: Events today and your next event. From the Task Agent: Tasks today and Overdue tasks. From the Bills Agent: Overdue, Bills due soon and Discount available. From Notes Helper: your pinned notes.

Why don't I see some tiles?

Some tiles only appear when there is something to do, such as Sitting too long, Important senders open or Overdue tasks. Your next event only shows when one is coming up, and the Inbox Agent's numbers appear once a mailbox has been approved.

What do the colors mean?

Red stands for anything overdue or sitting too long, yellow for anything due today or coming up. Tiles without a color are for your info, such as pinned notes or an available early-payment discount.

Does my team see the briefing too?

Yes. Every team member sees the briefing at the top of their own dashboard, with the agents shared with them. Tasks and pinned notes are counted for each person individually.

How does the briefing relate to morning planning?

Morning planning is part of the Task Agent. When it is switched on, Alex walks you through anything left over the first time you open it on a workday and suggests a plan for the day. The briefing already shows you beforehand how many tasks are due today and whether anything is overdue.

Tomorrow morning, one look tells you where to start.

Sign up, switch on your first agents and open your dashboard tomorrow. Your briefing will already be waiting at the top.
